About Stores 4 Floors – South Wales Flooring Specialists

Ross and Rhys became best friends from playing professional rugby together for Cardiff Blues. Ross then left to join Bristol for who he represented over 100 occasions over a 6 year period. Rhys went to join Saracens where he still plays professional rugby and has 150 appearances to his name. Rhys is also a Wales international rugby player for who he has 6 caps to date. Rhys and Ross always spoke about going into business together after rugby but were unsure of what to venture into.

Ross sadly had a ankle injury and had to retire from rugby and at the same time the business that is today ‘Stores 4 Floors’ became available a week after retirement. Rhys and Ross always had a passion for houses and property developing so decided this could go hand in hand.

Ross has now made this his new passion and being a motivated self driven professional he has tried to use the skills and determination he’s learned through his professional rugby career and translate that to making Stores 4 Floors a success.

With a 20  years of experience in retail management and 17 of those being in the flooring industry working for TILES R US in Porth for 12 years, 5 years at FLOORS 2 GO and a 3 year stint at managing the Abergavenny B&M Bargains store Jason is the key addition to the Stores 4 Floors management team. He is able to offer invaluable advice to customers on all aspects of flooring and making sure the day to day operations are running smoothly with the help of Ross.

Rhys works at the store regularly in between playing professional rugby, planning for life after rugby. Who knows where this journey will take them………
